How change happens
“Lasting change happens when impacted communities lead — and systems are transformed to reflect their realities.”
The lived experiences of immigrant communities are central to everything we do. We work alongside immigrant-led and immigrant-serving organizations so our advocacy stays accountable and culturally grounded.
We organize members, nurture leaders, and sustain civic engagement — training, storytelling, and organizing that carry community voices into every room where decisions are made.
We name the systemic barriers that limit access to opportunity, safety, and belonging — and pursue transformation through coalition-led advocacy, legislative engagement, and policy campaigns.
What that looks like
Community first
Resource fairs, KYR trainings, and research shaped with — not just about — immigrant communities.
Leaders everywhere
YLAP youth, fellows, and member organizers carrying testimony and stories into public rooms.
Session after session
Coalition-set priorities on language access, education equity, worker protections, and inclusion.
