HCIR Talks to Star Advertiser About Data Disaggregation

HCIR's Co-Coordinators Liza Ryan Gill and Catherine Chen recently talked to the Star Advertiser about an issue important to the immigrant right's community: data disaggregation. HCIR is supporting the Honolulu City Council resolution calling for government agencies to collect disaggregated data beyond federal minimum standards to better understand Hawai'i's diverse API populations.
